Job Position

The ideal candidate will be a senior automation expert with extensive experience in pharmaceutical production. They should have a comprehensive understanding of project development phases and tasks, as well as the ability to interact directly with clients on design issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development and modification of functional specifications, design and test specifications for procedural and physical layers.
  • Configuration and testing of recipes, phases, equipment modules, control logic, and interlock schemes based on design and test specifications.
  • Interaction with customers for reviewing design specifications and test specifications.
  • Collaboration with a team for installation qualification and operational qualification (SAT) at client sites.
  • Automation project support including coding, design, and testing.
  • Support of on-site systems.
  • Initiating, implementing, and qualifying site changes.
  • Out-of-hours technical support.
  • Member of the on-site shift support team.
  • Co-ordination of tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Qualification as an experienced automation professional with over 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all project development phases and tasks.
  • Ability to interact directly with clients on design issues.
  • Track record demonstrating the ability to lead complete projects.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Thorough understanding of system implementation, rebuilding, etc.
