Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to play a pivotal role in our digital transformation. This individual will be part of a center of excellence for our global Product and Technology organization, focusing on software development, automotive technology, and engineering, adtech, data science, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strategic relationships across Product, Engineering, Operations, and other technical teams to drive progress, influence negotiations, and advocate for desired outcomes.
  • Develop expertise in the software engineering domain, serving as a direct point of contact for project and team discussions.
  • Facilitate the development of requirements in consideration of known technical capabilities, limitations, and interdependencies across entities.
  • Drive execution and delivery of multiple high-profile product or software development projects from start to finish and/or managing the work of 1-3 midsize to large engineering teams.
  • Define and execute a high-caliber communication plan for complex projects and programs.
  • Contribute to developing a roadmap for the team and maintain it in line with the priorities defined by product.
  • Assist teams in story writing, backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planning.
  • Facilitating creation and prioritization of project-level features and backlogs.

The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum-Master, managing and delivering cross-functional projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate parties working collaboratively and efficiently are essential.
