Role Overview

At the heart of our organisation lies a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our global programs, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving innovative solutions and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing inter-dependencies, and negotiating deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and successful delivery of global programs comprised of multiple large-scale aggregated related projects.
  • Effective customer management, program governance, tracking, and reporting.
  • Leadership, support, and coaching of project managers in resolving project issues and applying best project management practices.
  • Management of inter-dependencies between projects within the program.
  • Negotiation of deadlines, budgets, resources, and priorities across individual project workstreams.
  • Optimization of customer engagement models, building trusted relationships, and managing customer expectations with appropriate levels of transparency.
  • Oversight of program and project issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Definition and tracking of cumulative program-level KPIs across multiple projects.
  • Provision of insightful program summary status/KPI reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driving customer relationship management, fostering key stakeholder relationships, and day-to-day client interactions.
  • Implementation of best practice program management and communication frameworks.
  • Overseeing governance and compliance of all projects within the program.
  • Strategic thinking and acting in the wider context and interests of the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a customer-facing program/project management role.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a program manager role with responsibility for overall program delivery of multiple related projects led by other project managers.
  • Minimum 2 years' people management experience.
  • Strong ownership, communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional program management skills.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills and experience engaging with stakeholders at team and management levels, both internally and with external customers/partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent data-driven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, and proven commercial awareness.
  • The ability to work and adapt to a growing and scaling environment.
  • Strong people leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience working with remote/geographically distributed teams.
  • Fluent English – written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Advanced Excel skills, MS PowerPoint, PPM Tools, and/or other program/project management tools.
  • Formal program/project management qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in 3rd party integration partner/vendor management.
  • Third-level business, technical, or other relevant qualification.
