Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or business-related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience
  • Proven track record of leading teams to success and driving business growth

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system
  • Experience in banking or financial services
