
Customer Account Management Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive customer account management and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our customer base, increase sales, and enhance customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team of account managers to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to upsell and cross-sell value-added services to existing customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive innovation, digital adoption, and efficiency improvements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to gain a competitive advantage
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Proven track record of leading teams to success and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and loyalty programs
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or a related field
