Childcare Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Childcare Supervisor to lead our childcare team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our creche centre, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.

  • The role requires developing and implementing daily operations to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrating deep knowledge of children's holistic needs and development is essential.
  • Raising standards in early learning and care by role-modeling best practice is expected.
  • Implementing our curriculum and policies is also key.
  • Managing people and business effectively, covering all aspects of the role, is required.

Candidates must have a minimum of Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent. A strong passion for supporting the needs and development of individual children is essential.
