Service Advisor Job Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for bright and ambitious individuals to work in our state-of-the-art dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding customer care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. They will also be computer literate and have the ability to record and amend customer details accurately. In addition, they will be able to follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and ensure that all work requested has been carried out and charged for.

As a Service Advisor, you will receive comprehensive training in the process, database management, marketing, customer service and everything you need to succeed in this role.
