Electrical Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings' electrical systems.
- Liaise with colleagues to schedule and deliver planned maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and provide information for reporting purposes.
- Work with the team to manage planned maintenance schedules and resources.
- Log and update site maintenance related tasks on our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Maintain building lighting systems, including replacement of fittings and lamps.
- Report to and take direction from the facilities team while resolving issues at site and escalating when necessary.
- Foster a proactive approach to health and safety and ensure work is carried out in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Right to work in the EU.
- Qualified in an electrical trade.
- Full driving licence.
- Experience in maintaining commercial environments and providing hard services.
- Good working knowledge of building services installations, including HVAC and electrical systems.
- Experience with CMMS and/or CAFM applications is beneficial.
