Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing director assistant to join our team in peri-operative critical care services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to nurses and other healthcare professionals in the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
  • To provide guidance and support to nurses in the delivery of patient care.
  • To participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new services and programs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a nurse in a critical care setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
