Experience the thrill of leading a team to create sustainable, environmentally conscious designs. We are seeking a visionary Head of Sustainability to spearhead our sustainability strategy.

In this senior role, you will be at the forefront of driving sustainable practices across a wide range of prestigious projects.

You will collaborate closely with our senior leadership team, providing insight and guidance on sustainable best practices, ensuring that sustainability principles are integrated into all aspects of project design and delivery.

A key part of the role will involve overseeing sustainability assessments, energy modeling, and carbon reduction strategies, ensuring the highest standards of environmental performance across all projects.

As the leader of our sustainability function, you will mentor and manage a team of sustainability engineers and consultants, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.

You will also serve as our company's sustainability ambassador, building partnerships with external organizations and representing us at industry events, showcasing our commitment to creating sustainable, long-term solutions.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in sustainability, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role
  • Proven track record of managing sustainability strategies within the design or consultancy sectors
  • Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks and certifications
  • Expertise in energy modeling, carbon footprint assessments, and life cycle analysis
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing and growing talent within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • A visionary mindset, with a proven ability to lead sustainability innovation and change management within an organization
