  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data priorities.
  • Lead data governance practices to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
  • Create dashboards and analytical tools to track performance and insights.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Mentor team members in data literacy and best practices.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, statistics, or data science.
  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in data strategy, consulting, or enterprise analytics.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on expertise with Python, R, SQL, PowerBI, Snowflake, and data visualization tools.
