Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead global teams as a senior developer and be responsible for designing and developing technology platform solutions.

As a seasoned expert in Oracle PL/SQL, you will design, develop and support end-to-end solutions in line with the overarching architecture and technology blueprint.

You will plan, coordinate and execute technology delivery within an agile framework and provide technical thought leadership based on your experience building multiple software solutions.

Key responsibilities include creating frameworks, interfaces and complex components for teams to utilize and develop.

Constantly looking for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution is essential.

Supporting and mentoring the team on design and best practices for high code performance through code/design reviews is crucial.

Ensuring development team efficiency and finding ways to improve are key objectives.

You will also contribute to test strategy creation and automation of test suites and ensure best practice delivery within Agile SDLC framework in line with enterprise policies and standards.

Proven track record in software delivery management with 10+ years software development experience is necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Oracle, PL/SQL, Informatica, Angular, Java, Spring, Autosys
  • Good knowledge of other emerging technologies
  • Experience of interfacing with 3rd party vendor platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise
  • Strong leader capable of guiding tech team to implement technical designs
  • Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and JIRA framework
  • Experience in Continuous Integration build/deployment and toolsets e.g. Jenkins
  • Experience with Unit Test Frameworks
  • Experience with Linux including shell scripting
