Lead Technical Advisor for Large Enterprise Deployments

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead technical deployments with large enterprise customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cloud platforms, version control systems, Unix/Linux systems, and hardware installation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include taking full end-to-end technical ownership for large and complex enterprise deployments, ensuring seamless system installation, integration, and expansion. Additionally, the candidate will act as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise customers during pre-sales, implementation, and early expansion stages.

The successful candidate will also contribute to technical pre-sales activities, including answering complex technical questions, conducting technical validations, and supporting RFPs where required. Furthermore, they will mentor and support more junior Implementation Specialists, sharing knowledge and helping scale the capabilities of the broader team.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role
  • Proven experience leading complex technical deployments with enterprise customers
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Technical proficiency across cloud platforms, version control systems, Unix/Linux systems, and hardware installation
