Job Responsibilities:- Supervising and working as part of a Maintenance Team and keeping Home updated in daily maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Carry out preventative maintenance work on home facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects guided by senior management.
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and breakages to determine cause and initiate effective repairs.
- Ensure timely completion and ongoing review of planned equipment maintenance routines.
- Document all executed maintenance activities.
- Support nursing and healthcare personnel in homes on continuous improvements initiatives.
- Minimum three years previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral, teamwork abilities, and initiative.
- Necessary to contact subcontractors where needed.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work schedule.
- Able to perform troubleshooting tests on electrical equipment.
- Ability to work well as part of a team & on own with minimal supervision.
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team and/or on own initiative.
- Strong technical capability with attention to detail.
- Ability to drive/own transport required.
