Job Description

Ensure Health and Safety Compliance

This role requires an individual to oversee compliance with health and safety regulations across construction activities. This includes ensuring all documentation adheres to relevant legislation, codes of practice, and company policies.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures.

The role also involves working as part of a team to maintain a safe working environment and uphold high-quality standards.

Develop and Deliver Safety Training Programs

As a member of the Group Management Health and Safety team, this individual will be responsible for developing and delivering safety training programs to site workers and management.

This includes facilitating 'train the trainer' modules for clients and internal personnel to strengthen long-term safety culture.

Maintain Comprehensive Records and Reports

The successful candidate will maintain comprehensive records of safety inspections, audits, training sessions, and any safety or quality incidents.

They will prepare reports for senior management and clients as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (IOSH or NEBOSH)
  • Good Communicator and interested in learning

This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for learning.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving health and safety standards in a similar role.
