As a Store Format and Space Planning Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation in store layout and space utilisation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to lead a team and collaborate with commercial teams to ensure cohesive strategies across all store formats.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective store layouts that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead the Store Format and Space Planning team to achieve excellence in line with business objectives.
- Work closely with Merchandising Manager and other stakeholders to align strategies and maximise results.
- Analyse data and market trends to inform space planning decisions and drive business success.
- You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to approach challenges with resilience and enthusiasm.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative environment with your team and across the organisation.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels to ensure all team members are informed and engaged.
