Job Title: Retail Store Design and Space Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail store design and space planning manager to lead our team in delivering best-in-class space planning and store layouts for over 30 stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the "space to sales" ratio — optimising both micro and macro space strategy to achieve maximum commercialisation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, category, and store operations teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Design layout plans using Blue Yonder and AutoCAD to support business growth and expansion.
  • Create key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and commercialise planning performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive promotional and core merchandising effectiveness, customer flow, and compliance.
  • Present strategic recommendations and ROI on space projects to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail or FMCG space planning leadership.
  • Proficiency in Blue Yonder (CKB) and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven experience in process and budget management.
