About the Position

We are seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lansdowne Partnership Estate Agents. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, responding to resident requests and emergencies, and maintaining high standards of property condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond promptly to resident requests and emergencies, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to arrange repairs and maintenance under warranty.
  • Assist the Property Management Team with ad hoc requests and provide meter readings as required.
Requirements
  • Must be a solid team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Fluent English language skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, painting and decorating skills desirable.
