Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced vehicle inspector to join our team. As a CVRT tester, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of HGVs and LGVs to ensure they meet the required safety standards.

Your duties will include:

  • Inspecting braking, steering, suspension, emissions, and lighting systems
  • Accurately logging results using our IT systems
  • Communicating with drivers and owners on test results and next steps
  • Maintaining a safe and compliant testing environment

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
  • CVRT certification (training provided if not certified)
  • At least 3 years' experience in vehicle testing or diagnostics
  • Proven leadership skills or readiness to take on supervisory duties
  • Strong IT and communication skills
