Responsibilities include working closely with the Global Director of People Operations, local Management team, and local People Operations team to maintain and further establish team development. This will involve driving initiatives across various areas, including employee relations, recruiting, talent development, HR policies, processes & compliance, benefits & compensation, and office management.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and supporting an HR Manager
  • Monthly payroll management
  • Benefits and compensation management
  • Recruitment and partnering with hiring managers to improve and refine recruiting processes

Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. A Level 8 qualification (including Higher Diploma and Honours Bachelor Degree) is also required.
