Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Compliance: Oversee all aspects of compliance, including data centre infrastructure and facilities.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with IT support vendors, group functions, and compliance support vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for Health and Safety across all sites.
  • Sustainability: Monitor and report on environmental, recycling waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate environmental audits with the Facilities Lead.
  • IT Procurement: Manage IT procurement, licensing, support licensing, and asset management.
  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement operations planning for Planned Preventative maintenance and Computer Aided Facility Management System.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A diploma or certification in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a Data Centre background.
  • Technical understanding of IT security and networking.
  • Excellent document control and writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Working Environment:

The Compliance and Regulatory Risk Specialist will be required to work in various environments, including:

  • Uneven terrain.
  • High-rise areas.
  • Noisy environments.
  • Confined spaces.

Interpersonal Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:
