We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Regulatory Risk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to implement effective compliance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Compliance: Oversee all aspects of compliance, including data centre infrastructure and facilities.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with IT support vendors, group functions, and compliance support vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for Health and Safety across all sites.
- Sustainability: Monitor and report on environmental, recycling waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate environmental audits with the Facilities Lead.
- IT Procurement: Manage IT procurement, licensing, support licensing, and asset management.
- Operations Planning: Develop and implement operations planning for Planned Preventative maintenance and Computer Aided Facility Management System.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A diploma or certification in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years' experience in a Data Centre background.
- Technical understanding of IT security and networking.
- Excellent document control and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
- Excellent project management skills.
Working Environment:
The Compliance and Regulatory Risk Specialist will be required to work in various environments, including:
