High-Performing Sales Professional Opportunity

The role of a sales executive is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales targets by representing leading brands across new and pre-owned cars, commercials, and 4x4 Jeeps. The successful candidate will promote finance and value-added products to achieve maximised profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets by leveraging strong relationships with customers and proactively generating new business opportunities.
  • Maximise profitability across vehicle, finance, and product sales by maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey by being proactive, responsive, and solutions-focused.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by developing and maintaining strong product knowledge across the Citron, Suzuki, and Isuzu ranges.
  • Develop and maintain a professional appearance and team-player attitude by adhering to company standards and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's sales experience with a proven track record (motor retail experience strongly preferred) and a proactive, target-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as organisational, detail-focused, and administrative competence.
  • Full, valid driving licence and IT literacy.
