Early Years Education Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead our early childhood education team as an Early Years Education Manager.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, experience in early years care and education, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of Aistear and Siolta frameworks to promote children's learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of children's interests and learning.
  • Work closely with practitioners to develop high-quality educational programs.
Requirements:
  • QQI Level 8 degree in Early Years Care and Education (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years' experience in early childhood education.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
