Pricing and Deal Manager

The Global Deal Strategy Team is seeking a skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to fill a key role supporting pricing programs, deal strategy, and approvals for LinkedIn's largest Enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will partner closely with sales professionals across all levels to structure and execute on strategic enterprise-wide deals. Additionally, you will manage pricing and deal strategy using data analysis to support recommendations and approvals for EMEA GCP and LSS GAM Enterprise customer segments. You will analyze various pricing scenarios to determine the optimal pricing program based upon customer requirements, budgets, and business considerations.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with sales professionals to structure and execute on strategic enterprise-wide deals
• Manage pricing and deal strategy using data analysis to support recommendations and approvals for EMEA GCP and LSS GAM Enterprise customer segments
• Develop and implement pricing innovation strategies to resolve pricing, operational, or program limitations
• Collaborate effectively with sales, legal, revenue, and deal desk teams to ensure alignment on deal strategy and pricing offer
• Analyze various pricing scenarios to determine the optimal pricing program based upon customer requirements, budgets, and business considerations
Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in a deal desk, pricing function, finance, sales operations, or other pricing role
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with B2B enterprise sales organizations and cloud/SaaS deal desks as a deal approver
• Ability to think creatively with great attention to detail and communicate effectively with various levels within an organization, including executive leadership
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau Dashboards, Power BI, and familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce.com)
• BA/BS Degree
