Manufacturing Operations Lead


    We seek a seasoned Manufacturing Operations professional to lead our production team and drive process improvements.


Job Description:


    As a Manufacturing Operations Lead, you will oversee the entire manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Your expertise in optimizing processes and implementing efficiency gains will be instrumental in driving business growth.


  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, including equipment selection, layout, and validation activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols.
  • Develop and document manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to resolve manufacturing issues and optimize production workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
