Job Overview

The Inventory Lead oversees and optimizes inventory control procedures across multiple distribution centres within the EMEA region. This role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and system integrity through proactive cycle count management, SAP IDOC/EDI resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Devise and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee monthly cycle counts, analyse variances, and report findings to senior management.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly inventory synchronization activities across the region.
  • Resolve SAP IDOC/EDI errors in collaboration with IT and business process excellence teams to maintain data integrity.
  • Supervise internal inventory movements within distribution centres and manage replenishment processes.

Requirements:

A strong background in supply chain, logistics, or business administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management within a multi-site distribution environment is required. Proficient in LEAN methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and analytical skills are essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
