Job Opportunity in Medical Tourism


We are seeking a Sales Agent to work with an outsourced marketing agency, generating leads and converting them into customers.

You will represent various clinics in Turkey and understand customer needs and budgets.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who can build strong relationships with customers while adhering to our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help customers choose between our services, facilitating their needs and maintaining high customer service standards
  • Drive sales of our services to meet monthly targets
  • Provide superior customer service, identifying and prioritizing customer needs
  • Handle customer queries, face-to-face and by phone, with professionalism and confidence

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaker Second languages a bonus
  • Self-motivated, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills
  • Background in providing superior customer service
  • Keen interest in healthcare and product knowledge is advantageous
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and maintain good customer relations
  • Team player with attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
