Overview

Evolve is excited to be partnering with a market-leading healthcare organisation in their search for a driven Graduate Medical Sales Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Science Graduate to break into the world of medical sales and develop a rewarding career in a dynamic, high-growth sector.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the promotion and sales of a cutting-edge portfolio of IV and Oncology products across designated hospitals in the Republic of Ireland.

You'll work closely with healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and providing valuable product knowledge to support patient outcomes while contributing to the company's regional and national sales success.

Ideal Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Recent graduate, within a scientific subject.
  • Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
  • Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
  • Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
  • Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.
Role Responsibilities
  • To work with the management team to develop successful sales and marketing strategies in the designated key accounts.
  • Liaise with all relevant departments and personnel to achieve business objectives.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to launch and grow additional business streams into the Irish Market.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of customers, accounts, services, changes within the marketplace and all relevant clinical developments.
