As a Graduate in Finol, during your 2 year Graduate Programme, you will have gained valuable work experience.
Responsibilities
The Technical Sales Graduate will be responsible for the following:
- Dealing with customers by phone and email, in discussing, selecting and specifying appropriate product to meet the customer's requirements.
- Pro-actively identifying new potential customers and contacting existing and new customers by phone to determine if they have potential requirements and closing out sales.
- Understand the specifications and applications of the products Finol sell.
- Assessing customer requirements, through pro-active interaction.
- Liaising with fellow colleagues in obtaining pricing, quotations and proposals to meet customers' requirements.
- Following up enquiries received from Area Business Managers and preparing proposals for customers to meet these enquiries.
- Logging enquiries on the sales system, HubSpot. Pro-actively following up enquiries with customers, and sales representatives and in doing so, keeping the sales enquiry database up to date.
- Attending monthly Sales meetings.
- Attending trade shows.
- Visiting customers occasionally and as required.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
- 2.1 Honours degree in a Business or Technical discipline.
- IT savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint skills and Word.
- Highly motivated, capable of working on own initiative.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
