Corporate Finance Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Corporate Finance practice. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in advising middle-market businesses on strategic growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • M&A Expertise: Utilize financial analysis and modelling skills to deliver outstanding client service and create tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Assist in managing M&A engagements by applying strong project management skills and commercial mindset.
  • Business Growth: Support business development efforts by identifying potential M&A opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Team Development: Collaborate within the team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence, and build strong relationships within our global network.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification with 1-2 years' PQE and relevant experience in corporate finance, audit, or a related high-impact field.
  • Excellent technical proficiency in financial analysis and project management, with a commercial outlook and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • A natural self-starter, attracted by the personal opportunities presented in joining a fast-growing team within a disruptive international network.
