Your RoleYou will lead activities across multiple areas, including production planning, quality management, systems, engineering, and process improvement. You'll utilize cutting-edge tools and techniques to resolve complex issues, foster consensus, and drive continuous growth opportunities.
Requirements- A degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience with 3+ years' tenure or a PhD in organic chemistry or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions for complex problems through extensive product and process knowledge
- A solid understanding of process manufacturing and computer systems
- The capacity to lead change and exhibit strong collaborative skills
- Exceptional mentoring and interpersonal skills
