Job Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for the role of Leader to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations through active customer interaction, motivating your team to engage with customers, upsell, link sell, and introduce promotional offers.

You will also be responsible for preparing team rosters, stock control, cash management, opening and closing the store, ensuring a clean and safe environment is provided at all times for your team and customers alike.

Additionally, you will provide training, recognition, and performance management to all team members, manage and implement marketing strategies for the store to ensure sales growth, and ensure all company policies are implemented at all times, especially HACCP and Food Safety.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, delivering excellent customer service, and leading a team. Previous experience is preferred, and ideally, the candidate should live locally.
