Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Store Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
As a Store Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized service to customers, assisting them with their queries and ensuring they leave the store feeling valued and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by being approachable, attentive, and knowledgeable about our products.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and performance metrics by effectively promoting our brands and services.
- Interact with customers, building rapport and lasting relationships through engaging conversations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain store standards by adhering to visual merchandising principles, managing stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health and safety procedures.
- Ensure cash management and compliance with security policies.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data where appropriate.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
- Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
