Customer Service Ambassador

Our retail environment is always buzzing with activity, and as a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be at the heart of it all. Your primary goal will be to create and deliver an exceptional customer journey for everyone who shops at our stores.

You will work across different shift times, on varied tasks, and with different colleagues. As a Customer Service Ambassador, your responsibilities will include interacting with customers in a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store, maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards, and following freshness and rotation principles.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a can-do attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. You will also need to be responsible and reliable, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be a good team player.
