Geologist Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated geologist to support our ongoing mining operations and exploration projects.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will conduct geological mapping, core logging, sampling, and data collection for both surface and underground operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct geological fieldwork including mapping, sampling, and data collection.
  • Interpret geological data to support resource modeling, grade control, and mine planning.
  • Collaborate with mine engineers, surveyors, and metallurgists to optimize extraction plans.
  • Monitor and report on ore quality and ensure reconciliation of production against geological models.
  • Maintain and update geological databases in line with QA/QC procedures.
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a mining or exploration geology role (base metals, zinc-lead-silver preferred).
  • Strong understanding of structural geology and ore deposit models.
  • Proficiency in geological modeling software and GIS tools.
