Manufacturing Technologist

We are currently seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Process Engineering Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the technical aspects of new product introduction and commercial manufacturing.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support for new product introduction and commercial manufacturing, including liaison with vendors and above-site groups.
• Process Development: Participate in and/or lead cross-functional or single-function teams to design, author, review, approve, and execute qualification/validation documentation and process development studies.

In this role, you will have prior related work experience, ideally in manufacturing, preferably in a GMP setting. Knowledge of process monitoring systems, automation systems (DeltaV), operational intelligence & data systems (Pi System) within a GMP manufacturing environment is beneficial but not necessary.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Science, Engineering, or other Technical discipline preferred.
• Experience: Min 3 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in a GMP setting.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrable experience of leading technical-related projects.
• Continuous Professional Development: Evidence of continuous professional development desirable.

• Hybrid Role: Once successful completion of training, occasional shift support as required based on program needs.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position with a focus on Management and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, to interface effectively with all levels of colleagues and external customers in a team-oriented manner.
