Residential Service Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Service Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care services to residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the provision of person-centred health and social care services to residents
- Develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and programmes to enhance service delivery and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and guidelines
- Manage resources efficiently, including staff, finances, and facilities
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and community groups
- Holds a third-level degree qualification in Health & Social Care
- Possesses postgraduate management qualifications
- Demonstrates a minimum 3 years' experience in management or supervisory roles in health or social care
- Exhibits excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and logistical skills
- Hold a full driving license
- Mental Health and Acquired Brain Injury training/experience is advantageous
