As a key contributor to our organization's security, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and preventing fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research by utilizing advanced SQL queries to extract valuable insights. Apply these insights to provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

Collaborate closely with the operations team to maintain daily review, escalation, and investigation processes. Represent security interests as a central point of contact, working with internal partners to identify opportunities for improvement.

Gather and document requirements, suggest prioritization strategies, manage ticket progress, and conduct validation testing.

Monitor player security metrics, investigate anomalies, and coordinate policy and modeling support.

Develop and maintain visualization dashboards and associated data aggregation tools.

Requirements:

1+ years of analytics experience required

Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL)

Knowledge of payment fraud and account security best practices

Bachelor's degree in an analytical field or equivalent professional experience.
