Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring, controlling, and improving all related customer processes. This includes identifying, planning, and organizing regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with FDA's Quality System Regulations, ISO 9000, and other international standards relevant to customer products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Management of closed-loop customer complaints and improvement processes;
  • Generation and review of quality metrics systems;
  • Data collection, analysis, and reporting;
  • Initiating and driving continuous improvement programs;
  • NPI approval, CAPA, NCM, and RMA analysis and improvement;
  • QSR validation protocols and reporting;
  • Conducting audits to ensure conformance and effectiveness of the quality system.

Requirements:

  • A minimum NFQ Level 7 degree or diploma in science or engineering;
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in quality assurance/regulatory affairs;
  • A sound understanding and utilization of problem-solving techniques;
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
  • Good communications and influencing skills.
