Our company is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Construction Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects that involve fire protection systems. This includes establishing project scopes, managing changes, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans and ensure their execution in accordance with schedules
  • Work closely with the design team to guarantee timely availability of materials, designs, and equipment
  • Cost and approve all changes before they commence
  • Collaborate with the planning department to meet client needs and deliver milestones ahead of schedule
  • Understand project scope and design thoroughly, and clarify deliverables with stakeholders
  • Manage internal and external reporting of projects, including updating S-Curves for progress reporting

We are looking for a skilled professional with demonstrated capability in construction delivery within specialized industrial sectors, including Life Sciences, Pharma, Mission Critical & Datacentres.
