Project Supervisor Opportunity

A leading construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the delivery of a significant project in Limerick.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, with expertise in coordinating subcontractors, controlling programs, and preparing look-ahead schedules to ensure timely completion.

  • Candidates with an engineering or trade background are strongly preferred.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other key partners.
  • They must be fully computer literate and have experience in preparing progress reports and chairing site meetings.
  • Additionally, the Project Supervisor will need to plan and manage site setup, security, logistics, deliveries, and traffic management to minimize delays and optimize efficiency.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager, the successful candidate will adhere to the construction program, ensuring quality and minimizing reworking while monitoring resources, labor, plant, and site overheads.
  • They must also be familiar with current health and safety construction regulations and able to lead by example in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • A minimum of 7+ years' experience in project management is required, with a strong understanding of commercial, industrial, residential, or large fit-out projects.
