Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of two major pharmaceutical construction projects in Ireland.

This is an excellent chance for a highly skilled professional to bring their expertise in roofing and cladding systems, coupled with exceptional leadership abilities in fast-paced site environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of roofing and cladding packages
  • Lead subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Maintain project progress, budgets, and safety compliance
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and installation standards
  • Sustain accurate site documentation and reporting
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with roofing/cladding focus
  • Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical or industrial build environments
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance on site
  • Possession of Safe Pass and relevant certifications
