Job Description

Seeking an accomplished professional to lead our business development efforts in the Dublin region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new commercial opportunities
  • Assisting in achieving overall business objectives for the Commercial Lines teams
  • Conducting regular team meetings to discuss pipeline and business strategy
  • Complying with all relevant compliance legislation and ensuring adherence to company processes
  • Managing aged debt and premium collection
  • Meeting income acquisition and referral targets set by management
Requirements
  • CIP qualification as a minimum, with a preference for ACII certification
  • Compliance with Central Bank Minimum Competency Code and Fitness & Probity standards
  • Previous experience in new business development, with excellent technical and product knowledge
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and adaptability
