Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for an initial 9-12 month period. This role has the potential for permanence and is based in our office.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  2. Process payments, reconcile statements, and maintain financial records.
  3. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
