Key Role in EMEA Accounts Receivable

This is a crucial position within the order-to-cash process. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing an EMEA accounts receivable portfolio with a focus on Germany, Switzerland & Austria.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day customer contact & relationships, collections, and troubleshoot customers' exceptions to invoices
  • Act as a liaison with the Credit team and all other order-to-cash partners and internal business units
  • Build relationships with external customers and collaborate with internal teams
  • Problem-solve customer credit risk, reasons for lateness, collections, and resolve billing issues as they arise
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of Credit and Collections experience
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply accounting principles and procedures
  • ERP and CRM software experience are a strong plus
  • Excel advanced skills required
