About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Design Engineer to join our team in Cork. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of infrastructure and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver civil and structural engineering projects using leading industry software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient and sustainable design solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Prepare detailed engineering designs, calculations, technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Several years of relevant experience in infrastructure, building, and structural projects, ideally with a strong understanding of Irish and European design standards and codes.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Tekla, Revit, and Robot Structural Analysis.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
