We support a wide range of digital payments choices, making transactions secure, simple, smart and accessible.
The role involves providing accurate and timely general HR administrative support, running and analysing HR metrics and developing people insights, as well as supporting the co-ordination of onboarding and learning programs, wellness activities and employee communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing HR administrative support
- Analysing HR metrics and developing people insights
- Servicing onboarding and learning programs, wellness activities and employee communications
- Developing innovative solutions to improve HR processes and deliver priceless employee experiences and engagement
Requirements
- Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Experience supporting some facets of HR: HR administration, data and analytics, HRIS, project/learning co-ordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A growth mindset and can-do attitude
