We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families.
The successful candidate will be an effective team leader with excellent assessment, individual therapy, and group therapy skills. They will have demonstrated expertise in developing, delivering, and evaluating mental health care pathways for various presentations including neurodivergence.
We are looking for someone with experience in the diagnostic assessment of ADHD and Autism, for both children and adults. The ideal candidate will also have experience as a supervisor and be highly motivated, organized, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver evidence-based mental health care pathways
- Conduct assessments and diagnoses for ADHD and Autism in children and adults
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Supervise and support staff members
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
- University degree or higher diploma/conversion course in Psychology (QQI level 8 equivalent)
- Post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) in Clinical, Educational, or Counselling Psychology
- Chartered Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland
- At least five years of professional experience in Clinical/Educational/Counselling Psychology
- Fluent in English (Level B2 Advanced or above)
