Job Title: Food Service Worker

Cooking and preparing food is a challenging yet rewarding task. As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals according to recipes and production guidelines while adhering to food safety and handling procedures.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to safely handle knives and equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve food and/or beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all food hygiene regulations, including H.A.C.C.P standards.
  • Perform cleaning duties related to service and equipment.
  • Prepare service areas and service points.
  • Clean and replenish service equipment.
  • Store food items and equipment properly after service.
  • Assemble and serve food efficiently, including light cooking if required.
  • Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately following company procedures.
  • Attend in-house training sessions.
  • Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform in line with company policies.
  • Present a professional image to promote good customer relations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a catering environment preferred; on-the-job training provided.
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP standards.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
  • Good understanding of English language.
