About the Role
  • Leverage your expertise to lead full-cycle recruiting activities for Irish sites and support strategic talent acquisition projects.
  • Partner with hiring managers to select and recruit professionals with the right skill sets.
  • Foster strong relationships with business partners to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough screening calls with prospective employees to assess their qualifications.
  2. Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to craft attractive job offers that meet the needs of both parties.
  4. E nsure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  5. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on open positions and active candidates.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably in high-volume engineering/science roles.
  • Prior experience with Workday Recruit is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
